Cool Sleep

I am one of those people who wakes up hot during the night and throws off the covers. Interrupted sleep can sometime be just an annoyance and other times a problem if I have trouble falling back to sleep.

So I have tried many different things to reduce my "hot" sleep disruptions by trying to stay cool at night - new mattress covers, bamboo sheets, cooling gel mats and bed fans.

The combination has made a big difference in my quality of sleep and has reduced the number of times I wake up at night so that I can sleep soundly through the night.
